I build the models that decode non-invasive brain signals into real-time motor control at Morph Labs.
We train on EEG as-is rather than preprocessing it clean. Lately most of my time goes to the geometries and symmetries in neural data, mostly for data efficiency and interpretability.
Some things I keep coming back to: on brain foundation models, the story of signal processing, and it's never a one-sided problem.
